FOR DENON REPAIRS (Technical Support: 201-762-6665):
We are pleased to have grown our Denon support by adding Factory Service Repairs. We have years of experience with Denon products as a refurbishing center and as a satellite factory service location.
We will follow the same procedures as Denon.
We will also perform out of warranty repairs at rates consistent with Denon. It is the customers responsibility for round-trip shipping (or drop off) of the failed unit to our Rockaway Facility. Please be sure the product is packed appropriately and insured from any damage in transit.
Panurgy requires that all products in/out of warranty have a SRA number before shipment to our facility. Please click on the appropriate link to the left for SRA.
All In Warranty repairs need to be accompanied by a Proof of Purchase showing the unit is within the warranty period. It is the customers responsibility to ship (or drop off) the failed unit to our Rockaway Facility. Please be sure the product is packed appropriately and insured for any damage in transit; once repaired the item will be shipped back to you at our expense.
FOR ALL INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
Customer is responsible for duties and taxes. If the wrong box is checked, package will be refused.
Out of warranty estimates will be emailed within 4 business days. Please ensure panurgyoem.com is listed as a safe sender to prevent these emails from redirecting to your spam/junk email folder. If you do not receive the estimate within 4 business days, please check your spam/junk folder prior to contacting customer support.
FOR ALL SHIPMENTS
Please note we may need to repack unit for safe return shipping, if original packing box is deemed insufficient.
An SRA Request Form must accompany your unit. Please click on the appropriate link/logo on the left and fill the form out completely and include in your box.
Please make sure to include contact information.
Units that are sent in without contact information and are unclaimed for 90 days will be considered abandoned, and will be scrapped.
