Instructions

All products shipped to PanurgyOEM must have a SRA number. Please package appropriately.

In Warranty:
We require a valid proof of purchase (POP) that falls within the Denon warranty period. Please include both the POP and the hard copy form with your repair.

Out of Warranty:
The out of warranty repair estimate fee is $65 (plus shipping and any tax). This $65 fee must be paid in advance and is non-refundable. This cost covers diagnosis & estimation of parts and labor costs only; it is not the total cost of the repair. If the estimate is approved, the $65 charge will be applied to the repair of your unit.

**PLEASE NOTE: Headphones should be "Over the ear". The estimate fee for headphones is $29 (plus shipping and any tax) and if approved, will be applied to the repair of your unit. For earbuds, please contact customer service at 973-625-4056 x254.

Hard Copy Form:
Please be sure to fill in all required fields in our web form to the left. Once the button is clicked, you will view a confirmation screen and be able to print a hard copy of the form. This form will include all of your information. Please review the information for accuracy, and make any changes on the printed form. For Out of Warranty customers, please be sure to write in your credit card information in the appropriate area on the form. Please follow all directions on the hard copy form and include it with your shipment.
